Clear answers before you ask
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No, the trial is completely free with no credit card required. It works on all paid plans (all paid plans: 14 days, Multi-clinic: 30 days) and nothing is charged after the trial unless you choose to subscribe yourself.
How do I migrate my data from Excel or another system?
The admin page has an "Export Excel" button that generates a file with your patients, visits and treatment sessions, and an import button that accepts data. Migrating old data manually is fast because the system is built for quick entry in a few steps.
Does the system support dental clinics?
Yes. Every plan (Solo / Pro / Clinic) has a dental version that runs an interactive dental chart (32 teeth, FDI numbering) with color-coded status per surface, general exam sessions, and a print-ready dental report. The Pro plan also adds orthodontics and oral surgery modules. You pick your specialty at signup from the "Dental" button above the pricing table.
Is my clinic's patient data safe and protected?
Yes. Every clinic is fully isolated from every other clinic with strict database-level permissions, each user acts within their own role and permissions (admin / secretary / specialist), and every change is logged in an activity trail. Your data is never accessible to any other clinic in any way.
Does the system work on mobile?
Yes, the system is a PWA — install it on your phone or tablet and it opens like a native app, keeps working even with a weak or interrupted connection, and syncs your data once the connection returns.

At first, I didn't set out to build a full system… I was just trying to solve a problem slowing down my daily work as a physiotherapist. I needed a flexible way to schedule follow-up sessions and treatment courses, and a precise system to track rehab plans and exercises for every case without losing track in color-coded paper files or complicated Excel sheets. And with every new need that came up in the clinic, I kept developing the idea further and further…
Until what started as a personal fix turned into Do Pro — an integrated system for managing physiotherapy clinics and centers. A system built on real situations and needs I lived myself with patients, and today I use it to run my own work every day with confidence.
